Manual harvest in boxes of 50 liters (approx. 20kg). Pressing of desengadas / whole grapes, natural clarification at 10ºC. Fermentation with strict temperature control. Stage with fine lees until the formation of the lot. Smooth filtration and cold stabilization before bottling.
