Manual harvest in boxes of 50 liters (approx. 20kg). Pressing of desengadas / whole grapes, natural clarification at 10ºC. Fermentation with strict temperature control. Stage with fine lees until the formation of the lot. No filtration or stabilization before bottling.

Soft texture, balanced acidity and minerality well present, presence of fruit in the mouth. Extended and elegant finish. Complex and harmonious.

Ideal to accompany grilled fish or roasted in olive oil and cooked seafood
