Typically Mediterranean with strong continental influence, where there are great temperature variations: the region's hot and dry summer days contrast with the cool nights, contributing to the perfect ripening of the grapes and the quality of the wines.
Grapes strictly selected in the vineyard and cellar and vinified together. The grapes they went through a process of smooth crushing and total destemming. Fermentation it took place at controlled temperature, in stainless steel vats, with a total de-estage process. Peculiar maceration five days at the end of fermentation.
Bright red in color. On the nose, the wine has an intense flowery aroma, revealing the great influence of the predominant variety, and notes of tobacco. In the mouth it reveals a wine very structured, with evolving tannins. Long finish. Very elegant wine, harmonious and with great aging potential.
Great option to accompany with red meats and risottos.
