Herdade da capela GR 2017
Manual harvesting and direct pressing of whole grapes, desengaçadas. The clear must is inoculated with selected yeasts and fermented, by varieties, 16-18ºC. Part of arinto, which corresponds to 25% of the lot, aged 6 months in French oak barrels, of strong toast. It was bottled on August 16, 2018.
In the mouth the first sensation is volume, macieza to which follows a feeling of freshness and volume of mouth, which persists.
Ideal to accompany light dishes such as salads, fish and seafood.
