Total destemming, prolonged and smooth skin maceration with fermentation at 24 ºC. Sparkling wine by the classic method. Minimum of 9 months in the basement and 1 month after disgorgement.
Intense garnet ruby color with hints of violet tones. Mixed aroma of fresh red fruits and dark petal flowers. In the mouth it is fruity, involving, elegant body, harmonious finish.
