Total destemming, smooth pressing, natural static decanting. Alcoholic fermentation at 18ºC. Sparkling wine by the classic method. Minimum of 9 months in the basement and 1 month after disgorgement.
Citrus color, with defined and persistent bubble. Young aroma with nuances of toast and dried fruit. In the mouth it is fruity, fresh and soft, crunchy mousse and good persistence
